I need help guys. I bought on ebay COD:BO couple of weeks ago. It was in form of steam gift, I thought everything is fine if game is working, but now it's blocked. I would never thought that the game could be taken from you if person gifting it to you won't pay for it in future, this person should be charged the same fuckin moment. This is serious bullshit... Is there anything I can do get my money or game back???

I'm curious, was your whole Steam account disabled or only the game? Did you even have any more games on that Steam account?
As for the answer you want, do what the poster above said (if you paid for the gift by Paypal).

Thankfully it's just the game that is disabled, I have also MW2 and CS:S on my account. I paid with my debit card so am I screwed?

You probably processed it via Paypal. If you didn't or can't see it, dispute it in your bank claiming that it was an unauthorized transaction.
Don't forget to leave some feedback for this douche on Ebay as well. :]

Could have been a blacklisted key. I think you can add a key to steam to send to someone else. Either that or it's been sitting in his account for a while and someone on ebay reported him and somehow came back to you. Your best bet isn't asking about it on these forums....go over to the steam forums and ask.

Game ran like shit on my computer, some menus would almost grind the program to a halt, and stuff like level transitions basically froze the game for a minute.
Gameplay itself was pretty meh i think, same concept as uplink just broken into levels, and you instead use the command line.

Midweek Madness:
40% off Darkspore
-> 29.99€ / $29.99
or
-> 89.98€ / $89.98
for the 4 pack
so as usual the $1 = 1€ deal
might be tempted for the $ price... not the € price though...

I'm very tempted for the $/£ price... but screw those thieving cunts for charging 45% MORE in euro territories. I'm sick of people defending Valve over that >:[
"Waaaah, publishers set the price!"
The FUCK they do. Valve are just greedy criminals.

hm...
we're 3 already... we could ask SpykeZ to get the 4 pack if he's interested in the game...
(you can't gift the 4th copy afaik)
that would bring us down to $22.50 each... so about 15.50€...

Yes, count me in definitely. I'll buy at the dollar or pound price, but NEVER at the euro.

I'm not the only one that feels this way, chiv matey. Aside from diehard Gabe/Valve fanboys, I'd say the hatred towards Valve over the €=$ rubbish is pretty much universal.

Don't be a derp. Of course 45% CHEAPER is a better option. Who rubbed sand in your mangina today? You're being bitchy to everyone, it seems.

Charging 45% extra is greedy and bordering on criminal. Paying 45% cheaper/less is a good option. How is that hard to grasp? You're not Ronhrin, so stop fucking trying to be. I'm getting more than a little tired of taking your shit all the time. Why can't you just leave people be, rather than constantly making snide comments against actions you don't agree with? It's not funny any more, it's just tiring and makes posting a chore.
