I just hope that I'm not wrong, but when you see a way to many weapon types in a single level, and it is demo level in question, it usually means they just put there extra weapons for demo purposes (to showcase different weapons).
As I said, I just hope I'm not wrong.

Those poor, poor bastards that have been eagerly anticipating this for so many years. On the one hand I want to feel sorry for them (I know what it's like to have a game you're looking forward to end up sucking ass *cough* DX:IW *cough*).
Then again, when a game gets delayed that often for such an insanely ridiculous amount of time, and they DON'T see a big fucking problem with that (or choose to believe the bullshit excuses made up at every turn), they are naive enough to deserve no pity!

PC Games in India are usually cheaper than the rest of the world.
FYI, you can also check the following sites and see if they ship outside India -
1. www.intencity.in
2. www.game4u.com
Flipkart's very good but they don;t ship outside India.

Played the demo.
Wow... the game in terms of graphics looks poor especially the wet desert rock level. I wouldn't buy the game if my opinion was based on that demo, hell I would cancel my preorder if I had one.
But I will wait for full version and see if it really is so shitty.

It's a game thats switched game engine 3-4 times i think. This last engine hasn't been in development in 12 years, thats just assholes being assholes.
No this game should be judged by its content, how fun is it (gameplay, story, gags and so on). It's not a superpolished game graphics wise.

You guys care too much for the graphics which are alltight.
Why in the Crysis topics most people say "THE GRAPHICS DOESNT MATTER! I WANT A GOOD GAMEPLAY"
But when there is a good gameplay game with only averagne graphics they are bitchin and canceling preorders.

F*ck the graphics, it's physics that is shitty! No worse downer then shitty explosions in action game. Look what happens when you destroy hovercraft (wtf?!?). Or even worse, if you shoot red barrels inside some structure (poof! everything disapears...)
I just hope those issues are due to prerelease version of demo, and it does not look like that in final game. Otherwise...

Well let me refrase my opinion. The graphics are bad I now they have taken half finished game and tried to finish in a year and a half, but it looks low budget anyway. I don't know maybe the rest of the game looks better 'cause it's the same level they were showing from a long time.
I don't judge gameplay by the game graphics. For me it should be readable, period. But gameplay wise this demo sucks. I haven't felt the DN3D spirit in it, one liners isn't every thing. And Gearbox approach with low humor every other second doesn't equal Duke Nukem atmosphere.
Only two weapons at a time, clunky animation, somewhat anemic jumping, strange game dynamic (the lack of it), regenerating health you name it. It's bad. And releasing this kind of demo wasn't IMHO the best strategic decision if you want to encourage sales.
But maybe the full game will be better. I hope so. But if it will be anything like the demo it won't be.
BTW. Saying "It's DUKE FFS" want make that game good. Sorry. Prey was done in 11 years and it was quite good so...
