Well yeah you're right of course. But buying a property for £27k and selling it for £67k 2 years later. Plus one year to wait for the money to come through, £8k in legal fees. All without spending a penny on the flat. A good ivestment all round I reckon.

in toronto friend's family bought a house WAY WAY north of city... sat in it for a year... they were the first owners.. sold 2 weeks ago, 120 grand profit..
i'm kind oif happy too my investment is paying off slowly... 58 grand so far, but i need about 160 gran so i can invest it over seas....
and about club... tsk tsk tsk shame on you going to clubs without ur hubby...
