Well, I'll give you quick rundown of the game so far.
BTW, I installed it fine with Alcohol and after mounting CD1, it plays just fine, so, I don't know why people are having problems.
The game is twisted, in a weird, whacky kind of way. The humour follows this same path so far, but it has charm, just like Grim Fandango had.
There is tons to explore. Rez, the main character, can perform tons of moves. He can swing off branches, climb cobwebs, and Rez himself has lots of "magic" powers to use. The graphics are fantastic so far, the worlds have lots of little touches going on, and the backgrounds make you feel like your in a huge living world. I know this is a very dry, quick take on the game, but I'm short on time and wanted to let people know how the game is so far, if they are still on the fence about grabbing it.
If you love platformers, you will LOVE this. It makes me want to go back and play it continuously so its fun. Hope this helps.

Before I forget, I have a Logitech Cordless Rumblepad, and the default controls work fine. Left Analog moves the character, Right Analog moves the camera. The only problem I had was initially the camera was continuously spinning and making me dizzy, I later realized that the throttle button on my joystick was moving it, so when I adjusted that all was great. OK, now I'm done:)

thx for the review there mate - im grabbing now and cant wait to try this one for sure!
btw, that thing with the gamepad is a known issue with the controller itself rather than the game. i am having consistent problems with the controller now - and the analogue pads are fooked. great pads, pity about the quality of build.

LoL looks really funny. Might get this one just for the humour.

There`s no difference in the gameplay, that`s what i meant.
I don`t mind keeping extra 700mb file on my HDD ;]

Without the crack you can update the game as soon as a patch comes out, no need to wait for another crack (IF there will even be one).
Dilemmas.

this game is driving me nuts
having to press the button like a madman to dig up those deep arrowheads sucks
what's a good solution for this if you don't have a radid fire controller?
