A hardcore mode is added (Greater damage dealt by enemies and no automatic health regen.) unsure if there's anything else but you can customize the visuals and controls somewhat but the majority of DLC (Including both quest packs, rest being items.) need to be purchased separately via LIVE.

I tried it on the 360, it has some interesting stuff like you can get married, have children and drive a busniess with your co-op-player. I was playble splitscreen on the 360 and thru LIVE. I haven't tried it here though...my wife was a little interested, but I haven't found a lan option :/ Not gonna buy this game again for PC...that's for sure..

was just doing a quest in bowerstone industrial to rescue a kidnapped wife. so i'm near the end and fight some hobbes, then she walks forward post-combat into a pile of crap.
she gets stuck.
she falls through the ground. gone. fable 3, ladies and gents!

There's a bug with shadows apparently, try to disable those completely.
(I still have it at v.high but the game reach pretty low framerate in several areas.)

here, it's OK with shadows (set on medium), with V. synchro I can get 30 fps all the time. But like for TW2, Fable 3 requires a good dual or quadcore CPU. It's a very very different kind of game. Noit bad at all, but not everyone could like it. For example, story, choices and events are much more interesting than lame combats.

yes, but the great advantage of V-synchro is you get stable frame rate, it's good for some games, like this one.

Anyone else having the problem that the game "forgets" i have a mouse too after quitting the game normally and restarting again? The mouse pointer is there but i can't navigate the menu and ingame the camera not rotating altough i have mouse and keyboard in settings.

I change all those to 0. In game, all settings are set to absolute max. Game looks good, and runs... better. Less lag and hitching. That '99' value has me staring at it - I wonder what it could be. |
I turned shadows off, all other on max, and got rid of that shitty fps drops
