let me be the first to say, "Yes I have played it", but its a f*&king hardcore sim, not at all my type, guess its back to MC3:DUB for me, glad I didnt burn it, just a delete from my HDD

Did you not try the arcade mode?

oh man i hope it isn't pure sim ..sim to me means like game but with all the fun taken out
I looked up "gormless" in the dictionary, it said "without gorm" .... so i looked up "gorm" but it wasn't there ????

When you compare it to games like Burnout, MC3 or need for speed, yes its a sim. But when you compare it to live for speed or gtr its not a hardcore sim.

well, if it is dryan, then its fun. otherwise it isnt.
going to try out the game really soon now. ive only heard good stuff about it so far and im really damn excited now.
mp seems to have splitscreen + systemlink + live. so i might give it a spin on xlink later. any1 else up for it?

Yup, since the game has system-link feature, you can use a tunneling program called XLink...you have to connect your xbox to your computer, either with two networkingcards in you comp, or a router.

played for 4 hours got quite a way into the first set of races and won around 7 cars upto now some are pretty good as well tuned the hell out of my nsx only to realsize u need to drive that with an egg under your foot great in a straight line but get on the brakes big style in the corners, overall this game is excellant and not to hard at all i won 95% of the first 30 races no problem and now its starting to get harder  but as for this being to simmy , not true, u do have to apply brakes and gas progressively in and out of corners as in real life, also i had a bump in the front left of my celica in the night time tokyo race and the car pulled left for the whole race which made the race a lot more interesting, i have played gt4 and overall this is better with all things considered imo.
As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

Does anyone know if you can change the colors of manufacturer decals?
In the screens i´ve ssen they have all white decals. But i can´t change ´em.
I´ll be quite mad if it isn´t possible, i mean that just sucks!!

Well its a vast improvement from the demo, but i don't know how i feel about it yet, yes its the best racing sim game on xbox but doesn't look real enough like GT4, graphics seem more blurred in this ( think its the over use of antialiasing) where as in GT4 its more gritty giving a better overall real look.

don't like it, gt4 and toca race driver 2 r both better games. Cars can quite easily end up in crazy sideways slides with not much chance of pointing it back the right way, the handling is way 2 twitchy..

Over use of Antialiasing? ROTFL ..ok guy, you know what your talk'n about.
About the game..its better then GT4, graphics,controls,etc..the game just feels better then GT4 and i put a ton of hours into GT4. Best racing sim on a console...hands down
