iND aren't a group mate, I made that mistake before too. iND basically means "independent" - it's a colloquial term for a freelance upload, by someone not affiliated with the scene.
@ixigia
It's not the bestest game evar!!! But it IS incredibly enjoyable with a lot of atmosphere. Given the choice, I'd prefer the RDR titles to come to PC - and as far as interactive movie games go, I prefer Heavy Rain, but that doesn't diminish the enjoyment of this one either =)

Mini review, played for 2 - 3 hours.
Gfx:
The World: I was impressed at the crispness of some of the textures, especially in the intro sequence (all of which ran smoothly apart from Cole leaving his house, that scene ran like a slideshow for some reason, everything else fine) For a console game, especially one so big the textures are actually great.
The Characters:
This is tricky, the character faces are great but suffer from the ' uncanny valley' syndrome, being so close to real faces, you constantly nitpick at the things that bother you. The mouths (the lips) for example seem wrong and awkward sometimes, while some faces look great some look poor especially when your talking to incidental characters which obviously havent had the same amount of effort put in.
Also I dont know if its just me but the audio and mouth movement seems ever so slightly off, like the audio needs to be a teeny bit quicker, nothing major, just needs a 5ms speed up. Having such realistic faces causes you to really look for flaws. The irish captain in once scene looked liked his head didnt belong on his body.
The Gameplay:
This is another tricky subject. I knew I wasnt going to get a GTA expierence, I had prepared myself for this, but I hadnt banked on the game being this non interactive. I have spent the first 3 hours of the game with the controller in my hand maybe a 3rd of that time. I'm starting to get exited when I get to walk to my car because at least its something I can do before another lengthy scene. The first couple of tutorials are great, within minutes your stopping a bank robbery and the shooting and cover mechanics are great and pack a punch then it plunges you into the main game and its such a contrast from those tutorials. The story is interesting, but maybe it would be better as a story and not a game because your involvement at this stage seems purely incidental.
The , Truth , lie doubt feature when talking to suspects seems like a crap shoot too, the Truth is fairly obvious, they look at you, they dont stutter or hesitate. It's the Lie and Doubt options that are a little murky, surely if you doubt its the truth then you think its a lie? what I mean is its the same thing and its a pure gamble which one will net you the correct answer.

So before I go messing with this fix, can Wavepatcher do the same job or am I going to have to download abgx?

Its not a gamble, or random. If I think you are witholding information but I cant prove it, I press doubt, if I know you are lying cuase my notebook has contradicting evidence, I press Lie.
They should've named "Doubt" "Press On" or "Pressure" instead maybe, as a lot of people are confused by this (although the tutorial does explain the above), but it is consistent and solid, not a crap shoot.
E: in other words doubt expresses suspision that you cant support, lie needs to be supported by factual evidence from your notebook.

I don't know if Wavepatcher supports injecting video.iso, so it's probably best to use ABGX. I keep that app as a matter of course, since it's good for checking if downloads are legit and not corrupted.

No worries, fix download is taking it's time though. I beleieve Disc 3 also needs a fix too? At least I saw a topic elsewhere saying the partition fix was for disc 2 and 3 but can't view the thread to see what the case is with that.

I'm still DLing disk 3, so I'll let you know once that's finished (if nobody else does in the meantime) -- but I've not seen any comments on RUS or Matrix about Disk 3 needing a video fix too.

We can just use the same fix as we did for disk 2, no?

I've been watching several gameplay videos on YT and it looks indeed pretty unique and intriguing, with a "hybrid" gameplay finally different from the usual flat & boooring shooters. Plus as a fan of LA Confidential and crime movies in general I cannot not be interested in this one!

From what I've noticed the facial animations seem to be some sort of animated texture... different parts of the faces look weird from some angles. That's why, while the facial animations look great, the face model detail is pretty bad. Kinda reminds me of Mafia, not because of the setting, but because Mafia used a lot of animated texture on faces(to be fair, other games did it as well), though obviously not at this level of quality.
That said, I played some more and I'm stating to enjoy it more. Though I still can't shake the feeling this was rushed and could have used more work. On that note: weird fsp drops, bugs here and there, no control scheme in options menu, not to mention the weird way it was released and no sign of scene rls even now... is there a chance that this rls is not the final built?
@sabin1981, had two similar issues a while back. First time I fixed it by reinstalling IMGburn and the second time it was my printers software-wizard-something that I had to turn off from the taskbar - I'd recommend to turn off all unnecessary applications from taskbar while burning.
It might always be just the DVD-RW dying.
Also never use laptop burners for x360 DL burns; they will almost always turn out to be bad burns. As for desktops, especially if you plan to get a new optical drive, Liton or LG burners are best suited for x360 DL burns.

@cobALT
I've already found out what it was --- and like I said; I've burned 100s of games and not had bad burns before, this drive is rock solid. It's definitely not a burner issue, not when I can play the game by using Activate.iso. Using Activate, I can now read/play the disks that I originally thought were failed burns.
I also did uninstall and reinstall IMGBurn.
