Apples and Oranges. There are MANY reasons why the US lags behind other countries in terms of broadband access; chief among them competition - ie, there is none in the US. I'd say population density ranks second.

how can there be no competition in a big country such as the US? I guess by your fucked up standards and laws there is some law preventing others and letting the ones who are currently providing keep their dominance.

LMAO! I went to bed last night at around 2:30, someone/some people were then claiming it was on the way. Now, over 9 hours later, I sit down ready to download - and what do I see? Nothing 
Yes, i appreciate people that upload games, but seriously
Oh, and as BOOMDOOM says, about making money off uploads - now that's the lowest form of retard. I mean I download games and movies, and I've been part of what we all call the "scene" so i've helped out - BUT, making MONEY off of piracy is seriously a hundred times more disrespectful and outright retarded than just sharing everything for free..
I don't need to tell you all, I'm sure everyone here agrees, but fuck, pisses me off..
