Just telling it like it is
Probably coz I expected AoP13 to be shite and Downfall to be good.
But instead found Downfall to be boring, oh so boring Sad

Only got '6' coz of the decent ending - where it tells you what happenned to 'em

You gave Scary Movie 3 and Eurotrip more then u gave SoTD ? WoW... Usually I respect all tastes but I had to post this... What's ur favorite movie ? American Pie ?

Anyways...
Hard Rain - 5/10 - Stupid action flick, if you are bored it's a pretty good choice to watch...
Assault On Precinct 13 - 5/10 - :/ I never saw the original but I can bet it's a lot better hten that pointless "action" movie...

About Hitman: Movie (2007)
Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.

Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

I'm totally with you on that one, Monty Pyton's were too stupid to watch and Kill Bill was too... yea... too stupid to watch.

But hell, I loved Shaun Of The Dead, prolly in my top 10 list Smile

I saw Der Untergang yesterday and i really liked it, maybe because i wasn`t expecting anything special. But it turns out to be a really good, not boring at all. Actor that played Hitler was great.

Cube Zero 5.5/10 - watchable, nothing special
Sin City 8/10 - Very well made, great acting, depressing tho
House of Flying Daggers 9/10 - Wow, expecting it to be naff like CroTigHidDrag, but this was good, very oldskool but with modern effects, great story.

Shaun of the Dead is nothing in comparison to Spaced. I know they are both incredibly different plot wise - but in terms of humour Spaced is intentionally laugh a second, whilst SOTD is intentionally less funny in that regard.

Just a shame some people have seen their film and not their sitcom and judge it harshly, because they'd probably be more appreciative of that style of humour if they'd seen the series.

I've watched a couple of episodes of Spaced and loved it. I just wish they released it on DVD in the US.

Kinda agree, I have the 2 seasons on DVDs, and yea, spaced is hillarious - daizy, brian, marsha, mike etc.. Smile
But both of them (SotD and Spaced) are funny in their own way.

P.S. Hope they make Season 3 Very Happy

Back to topic:
Dawn Of The Dead - 8/10 - A Lot better then i expected. Best zombie movie after SotD Smile Very Happy

Land Before Time - 10/10 - I haven't seen it around 6-8 years, just watched it again (finallllly!) yesturday, and damn it brought up too much good memories Crying or Very sad

Life aquatic with Steve Zissou 8/10

Nice movie with some nice acting, especially Bill Murray. I really liked the very cheesy music. Very Happy David Bowie did some lyrics, but they were translated and sung in portugese. Very Happy The so called "action" scenes where the funniest in the whole movie!

Warren Spector : I never minded piracy. Anyone who minds about piracy is full of shit. Anyone who pirates your game wasn’t going to buy it anyway!

Hideo Kojima: If you want to simply tell a story, you can create a film or write a novel.

Kinsey - 3/10 - I don't see anything fun in watching a guy masturbating infront of the camera.
Strange movie. Liam was great tho Very Happy

White Noise - 3/10 - Costner would be better. A mystery with no explanations.

Jeez, how could you give a movie 6/10 if you left before it ended ?
Usually when people walk out on a movie they give it no more then 2/10 :\

Back to topic:
Layer Cake - 4/10 - Basicly there was nothing wrong with the movie, but i didn't like it. The first 1:10h was boring as hell, after that some action started... eeeh, yet another gangster movie, nothing special.

It wasn't compelling viewing but it still had its moments. Some good sketches in there but no fluidity.
I left near the end of the film, had better things to do.
