Maybe a Brotherhood expansion? Anyway, there are loads of possibilities for spin offs, so anything is possible.

Quote: | Ubisoft has seemingly accidentally confirmed the next Assassin's Creed game, 'Revelations', via its official Facebook page.
For a brief moment last night the official Assassin's Creed Facebook page displayed a link to a mysterious teaser site, along with the message, "The day you have been waiting for has arrived!!! Click the link below to help reveal an exclusive look at the upcoming Assassin's Creed game!"
Naturally the teaser site disappeared as quickly as it turned up, but not before ravenous fans were able to dissect its every last detail, including a logo for Revelations and confirmation of a May 13 reveal in US mag Game Informer.
Most interesting though was the translation of an Arabic message on the briefly-online teaser, which mentioned the name of original Assassin's Creed protagonist, Altair.
Could we be in for yet another spin-off, this time staring the series' original hero? After how well Brotherhood turned out, we're up for it.
Ubisoft first said in an earnings call earlier this year it's planning to release information on the new 'Creed in May.
Asked during an investor call if we'll see a new game during its fiscal year 2011-2012, Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot replied: "There will be something around Assassin's - that's all we can say." |

anyway, i'm just wondering which stupid excuse they have for sticking the poor guy in the animus for the 3rd time |
No. If you saw the ending on AC: Brotherhood, after the endscene when you kill
Spoiler: | desmonds love interest, you clearly heard " His into shock, get 6 into the animus again", or something. So Could be that all this time you have allways been 6, playing hes ancestors memories, including that of is ancestor desmond? And leaving for himself all those hidden fragments |
|
Actually the DLC 'The Da Vinci Dissappearance' starts from here. |
Actually, it doesn't. That chapter takes place just before Ezio travels to Spain hunting for Osama... I mean Cesare

That only happens if you don't play the chapter until after completing Brotherhood.

Quote: | The next Assassin's Creed game - which is being teased right now - is likely to be "another slimline Brotherhood-style offering", Xbox World 360 says in its latest mag.
In the E3 rumour section of its latest issue - which goes on sale properly on May 10 - XBW says Assassin's Creed 'Revelations' is "unlikely" to be the full AC3 we've been waiting on - but suggests that game is also secretly in the works.
"A full-blown threequel is in the works, but the next AC is unlikely to be that," it says. "If they want it to hit this side of Christmas, this'll likely be another slimline Brotherhood-style offering." |

AC:B was fine by me. Although Ubisoft admitted that it was just AC2,5 it still felt fresher than what Activision sells as "new" CoD games each year.
But one such game is enough, two in a row could indeed harm the IP.

Quote: | During the GAMEFEST 2011 (ends today) in Spain, Ubisoft has revealed to the site Juegosd some juicy info. They removed the info from the website but someone managed to save the text.
Take it with a grain of salt, but it makes too much sense to be fake. |
Translation from Spanish:
Quote: | Ubisoft Spain has revealed JuegosdB-during the course of Gamefest11-not only in the next E3 2012 will see a progress in Assassin's Creed III, but the game's release will be in November 2012.
As was the case with Assassin's Creed II, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood or will happen now with Assassin's Creed: Revelations, the game Assassin's Creed that will close the series due out in November. Obviously the answer release date for marketing purposes but the month of November has been very successful this franchise. What is still left in the air is to know the location of the next title.
From Spain the only thing that Ubisoft has said is "still can not reveal anything, but it is true that the Internet are very close to where Assassin's Creed III will pass." It is enlightening, but at least we know that the rumors and news are in the right direction but not embody the final place.
In addition, the Creative Director Alexandre Amancio Discuss the relationship between Revelations and the third part of the series: "Many things have begun to (...), fixed many details about the end of the storyline of the world in 2012, "said Amancio. "As we approach the date of 2012, the franchise is nearing the end of his greatest work." "Let's close all the story arcs that have been open and we have left in the air, and we will reveal not only much material on the argument of the first civilization, but we will also conclude the stories of Ezio and Altair "he said. "We will explain why Ezio is such an important character for the franchise, and what is its role in everything that happens in the game besides the Altair and Desmond." |
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."

"a phenomenon."
