OMG at how bad this is! first of all i done a royal rumble! and the rumble is a joke.
1. No entry music for each person that enters! just a pause
2. 2 Ray myseterios and 2 big shows come into rumble "GOLD RAY.RED.RAY" "Big show 2003 and Big Show 2005"
3. I got stuck on the ropes! ie major glitch and comp stood there for like 10mins just looking at me then game froze.
4. Taker entrance is all messed up! watch when he goes up the stairs! puts his hands out to lift his coat up over stairs!! wow!! hands up!! coat doesnt move lol
5. So many bugs in this game!
You gotta create your own CAW ( ie. wrestler) to open up career mode.

Game also crashes alot during season mode! have to reboot xbox! if u select certain entrance effects it will crash to! this must be a beta!!! so much wrong with it!

Real game is affected too . Won't work on live . Wonder if they printed a beta cause no way would this have passed any beta testing . this would be disappointing for an alpha ffs ...

Ive heard that there is a problem with official release and xbox live doesnt work! THQ have made an official statement about this! and there was a problem at press of game. trying to find out where i read this again lol

Nice but i sense a law suit coming out. I mean this could be a way to get more people signed up to live, i mean unlikely it's not but if some major ass game was only 90% complete and u needed live to finish it every1 would bitch. i dont really see how this is any different although it sucks for THq and is good that live is available, just a bit iffy to me :/
o 1 more side note. would it be possible for some1 to recompile the files once it has been updated?

the update is for people who are having troubles connecting to XBL...it's not for people who don't have XBL. but if ya think about it, it makes no sense...if you're having troubles connecting to XBL via Wrestlemania, how are you gonna get the autoupdate? hehe...maybe through the dash?

yea but if the update fies the bugs like the 1's mentioned here that means non-xblive people are gettin an incomplete game and are FORCED to use live to update. they should just offer a trade in through their sight or release a free patch to retailers / on their site.

The update patch is released and supposed to fix a hell of a lot. i wonder if someone with xbox live will download it and well fix the entire build lol

finally got the game working from dvd.
and ive managed to add the game to my hd also.
from hd the games starts,..shows intro and all but when i try to go to the main menu it freezes the loading screen.
anyone else have this problem ??

its not a 1:1 copy of the retail i have got the layout for retail version and it seize theres a file missing also the game seems to keep freezing of hard drive which isnt right last thing who ever keeps going on about that enigmah video switch thing dont know what there on about you dont need that all modern modchips can do the switching themselfs or you do it in dashboard that switcher dont do shit anymore.

the patch will be against the rules, as it will contain files from the DVD (I would imagine)

Game from HD with patch=Dont work. getting a Update file damage error.
(did replace the old xbe files with the new ones)
From DVD with Update in Saves/Cache=Works (or atleast i think, the game starts atleast)
anyone made it work from HD with the updated added,..and how ?

works fine from the hd for me.
I copied the 2 directories in the file to my E:\ drive overwriting whatever is in there

Game works fine from HD here without the update, and as for the enigmah video switch disc/app - its needed for people who haven't got the latest chip or people who don't have a dashboard installed

why would you not have a dashboard installed? you have to be stupid if you havn't also its only like the really old chips gen 2 and before that need it most people dont have them they have gen3 which is stuff like Xecuter2.x Lite/Lite+/Pro, Chameleon, X-B.I.T, ... also if you got the game working fine then your lucky or not using same version mostly everyone here is having problems if you could explain what process you used that might help also the game was copied with quix which sucks why don't people copy the games prop with things like moogui.

lol, so people are stupid then if they don't have a dashboard installed - OK, lol
the only time i had lockups with the game is if like you say i use a dashboard and use the auto detect region, use Enigmah switch disk and select NTSC and the lockups disappear and the stuttering also, same games are hardcoded to region and although they paly fine in Pal you'll get weird audio or stuttering of intro's even if your dashboard is in the right region for that game

Sorry mcmanic but your chatting shit do you know anything about xb sounds like you dont I have tried it on 3 xb I have and 2 of my friends it does the samething on everyone of them thats running of DVD_R and hard drive friend has older modchips not like me all X3 it wont even allow access to profile it just freezes.
I do understand what your saying about movies its a NTSC game so you do have to run it in NTSC or the movies are very jumpy but no matter the region it keeps freazing mostly everyone here has this problem except you and 1 other person which seems odd.
