Watch a movie you know and love before sleep. Think real hard about it before falling asleep. Or if you're sleeping and start dreaming real creepy, try and look for your hands. However, this can be hard, it's rare to be aware within a dream.
I was in the same spot as you when I was 17-18, but I learned how to properly manipulate my dreams before actually going to bed.
Also, slapping the meat once in a while helps.

If this doesn't stop, and you don't feel rested after sleeping, I think you should look for some professional help.
This is nothing that should you left worried, but you cannot continue this way. You can have collateral effects for no proper resting and sleeping.

Had a fucking weird dream,
I had a nail ( yeah a nail ) not in the eye but somewhere stuck around the eye, i tried to pull it, in that exact moment i felt a huge pain in my chest and i think it was still hurting when i woke, my heart also went crazy .
Also, regarding the sleep paralysis experience, i was sleeping with both of my hands on the chest, started dreaming bla bla, i was conscious about having my hands on the chest, after 2-3 fucked up dreams i started feeling an itch in my left arm which was on the chest, tried to reach it with the right arm, i was having my eyes closed at that time but somehow i could see what i was doing ( i was actually moving the hands) when i touched the other hand i woke and i dont know, you people probably know how its like to be locally stunned by the dentist's anesthesia, well, i was having that numb feeling everywhere in my body, couldnt even scream, what teh fuck this is so odd .
What the fuck is wrong with me

I woke up this morning with hands behind my head (kinda like when you're doing situps) and they were totally numb xD
Weird!
And I had a dream that I was in store with my friend, and I had to buy some weird stuff, and my friend was always eating goddamn pudding! Like, wtf dude!? You are already fat, and you're eating pudding every 2 seconds! >.<
