I have a netbook running Windows XP. I would like to dual boot Windows 7. How can I resize the main partition?

Well you must be very careful if you have installed OS and you want to resize the partition OS is on. There is system reserved files that are on the specific part of the disk, and no matter how you defragment the disc it will stay on the same place...

Oh and defragment before resizing...
