I doubt that you've seen 85mm guns penetrate the JagdTiger's 250mm front armor. You've probably seen 85mm HE explodes..

As brought up earlier, it was a mistake on my part. I have seen the ruskie 85mm guns penetrate the 150mm thick glacis plate though, which is still massive bullshit.

I only played this like 10 minutes. It looks like a pretty good game - but unfortunatly I never got into it.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Wait a second...It's free to play, but there is a pre-order promotion? Did I miss something?
Or "Pre-Order" is only for gold or something? What's the deal?
When they started comming out with news titled "pre-order" this and "pre-order" that, I thought that I must have misunderstood something at the beggining and it's a retail game after all. So any clarification?

I can see this quickly becoming a game of huge grind. Heck its a grind even with a premium account so imagine how it's gonna be when you dont receive that free daily gold everyday.

Exactly my point. You can't even play above tier 7-ish without premium because of the high repair and ammo costs.
So basically, unless you don't mind ever getting a good tank and don't mind the massive grind, you will have to pay for the gold required for premium monthly.

This game could've been so much much more. As it stands it's too arcadey for me. I wish they had limited battles to proper historical timezones and had some sort of unit rarity factored in. Most tanks are prototypes which never even entered service. The rest are made out of Tigers and IS3's which is just bullshit. To top it all off there's hitpoints. Hitpoints in a tank game.. now that's a turn off.

Preorder gives you gold at a slightly discounted price, plus a Premium tank that wont be available to buy ingame. You also get a free garage slot for that tank. ( I got the heavy preorder, with the Tier 8 tank)

I was really into this game, then one day I just stopped playing. Haven't played 1 battle since.
I think the spotting system turned me off, too much camping, also the shitty little overpowered t-54 dominating the matches. Not to mention the fucktards that maintain the english version are too useless to make a patch even after the russian server is updated.
