So for years I've always had that nagging fear of going on a plane cause of a movie I saw as a kid, and for years up till tonight I could never remember what it was.
Man I hated those kind of movies when I was a kid. I remember seeing some train disaster movie, when I was at my aunts (she lives ~150 km from my place). So we were taking the train back and it was full, so we didn't have anywhere to sit, and since it was an hour ride, my sister, me and my dad just stood near the junction where two wagons are joined.
All would be fine if there wasn't some drunk in the middle and he was messing with the cables (which had no real purpose) but that scared the shit out of me and my sis, since we watched that train movie where train jumped out of track and bunch of ppl got killed, so we started to freak out and begged dad to get us out early (like 10 stops before the destination). And he did
Next train was ok/ without drunks in it... But that was a good lesson for my dad: never let your kids watch disaster movies with transport vehicles if you are going on a trip

Twilight zone is dope. But the movie has a better scene.
They still air it here in the states on the Sci Fi channel, I believe they're new episodes as well. Did that show "Quantum Leap" ever air in Canada back in the 90's?
