I am about to play dragon age 1 (ONE!) for first time (I have pc and 360 version to choose from and ofc I will play pc). Should I look for something? maybe some graphical patch or mod?
(notice I dont have i7 and 580)

It will sell less than DA:O definitely but.. considering the small time invested in the game, and time is money, I'm sure they'll make a profit but not what they expected considering all the backlash.
My hope is that Bioware realizes that ea just took a huge gamble with their reputation, that took years to build, and that somehow they break free from the evil clutches that is the devil

There is a crack for the final 1.01. It's released by THETA and can be found on nodvd net (russian site, but you can handle it fine). So grab it from there. The crack works fine, as i've just finished this "masterpiece" named DA2 using it.

You seem so certain, that there is a good guy to be found in BioWare. Look at the trend, the derpification hardly started with EA, teaming up with EA happened due to derpification that already took place. SWTOR will be their most derped product yet, and they joined EA specifically to be able to finance that dream of theirs.
I'd say BioWare of old is not coming back. Also, Riccitiello ssays hi to us, and to suck it up, because they're having Martinis in his penthouse with Muzyka.

According to that guy that quit Bioware (he was there since the beginning) when he saw the direction DA2 is going, anyway he says there are still good guys at Bioware yes, and he believes they will rule Ea one day

you know, for example in Mass Effect 1 and 2, if you have played through the whole game, your wares will able you to go to the end and more, you can beat the bosses in the game without any frustration. But in DA2, WTF, you spend 30 hours or so to kill a bunch of stupid ennemies, to fuck your mates and to upgrade your wares and, in one word, you are a hero, THE best. But what ? you just have to meet this fucking bitchy dragon who rapes your ass in 5 seconds. AND after that, developers complain about people disliking their stupid games. Very interesting game at beginnig and very disappointing game at the end.

For some, game is too easy, so it's "for the derps", for others it's "too hard", so it's bad frustrating game.
When, in fact, both is true, depending of difficulty level you take, and can change at any point in the game.

hey its sandal again!
...am i alone, or does anyone else think that, even with the AWESOMNESS of current gen graphical technology, he now looks 4x creepier than he did in the first game?
if the goal of the games artistic design was to utterly unnerve me, then mission accomplished bioware.
