i am sure it got recapped before in this thread, what are the steps needed for me as a european to buy games on steam in dollars instead of euros, and what are the steps to get US exclusive deals?
i got a paypal account and american buddy, i think the trick was about buying the game under american IP and gift it to me? thanks.

hey anybody got an idea, how Steam is offering Dungeon Siege 1 and 2 if you preorder DS3, when they dont even have DS1 and 2 in their store? at least not here in germany...
