Ok so I am using chrome last day or so fine and today this happens to me.

Some links i click VIA the google search engine wont open what it says it is immediately..

It opens some random page, sometimes looking like its some click fest bullshit or even some totally random site that looks fine but just not what the link was about.

I return with the back button, click the link again and its fine goes to where the link says its supposed to...

Now instantly I think, shit its hijacked!, but I have a updated paid for ( well sorta Razz ) malwarebytes that finds nada... Same for essentials..

I did a CCleaner etc etc general maintenance and it still happens randomly, not all the time.

This isnt anything to do with some bullshit houdini crap birthday bollox is it ?

Either way its annoying, and have not really looked into it too much yet, thought I would put it out there see if anyone has noticed any odd behaviour of late also..

The only time I have what you're describing (yep, Chrome too) is on FaceFuck. Clicking links on that god-forsaken site is an exercise in frustration. Sometimes clicking a link will take me right back to the previous page, but if I click again - or ctrl+F5 - it works. Annoyances are annoying.
