Yes, indie titles require a 24/7 net connection otherwise they refuse to launch. Oh and I'm sorry... I didn't realise only 12 year old children are allowed to swear. I wasnt aware that indie games are online only. And its not MS fault that you hack your 360 and cant go online. Thats all im sayin.

I never said I couldn't go online. I said I'm "not" online. It's not a Microsoft-imposed ban, it's a personal choice due to the dashboard I'm using. That doesn't change the fact that it IS Microsoft's fault they don't advertise the fact you need a constant connection in order to play the games you bought and paid for. Had I have known that prior, I wouldn't have bought them -- and they damn well knew that. If anything, it's fraud by deception. I bought those games, I paid cash for them, and they don't use ANY online services whatsoever -- so it should be my legal right to play them however I wish, whenever I wish, wherever I wish.

Also, I'm not too uptight about piracy. I know that many purchases get made because of piracy. Most pirates weren't going to buy the title in the first place, but sometimes a pirate will purchase a game that he/she likes.
