Using the entire bin folder should but would make most core data beta though the game files, maps, shaders and such will be updated, unless it's packed like the demo since the beta can't read that altered .pak format.

Well it seems that we have a "Crysis.2.Crack.Only-NoGrp"

How to instructions:
1. Install the game
2. Extract this archive
3. Copy Crysis2.exe to folder where you install the game\Crysis2\Bin32
4. Play

If i'm not mistaken there's no Bin64 folder? meaning there's no true 64bit support? (I'm yet to download it) can you confirm this?

SO unlike the leaked dev version the retail has no 64bit support?

It may be patched in later like they did with Crysis Warhead.
The 64 bit build of the leak was buggier anyway.

I don't believe dx10 will work right now. But that's just my guess.

this is crytek we're talking about. youll be getting a shitty multiplayer map pack for that cash, not anything meaningful.
crytek doesnt really care beyond the initial sale, so if you dont see dx11 patching happening within the first month, or two months at the extreme, youll never be seeing it.

No, but if you click to start the game it will auto-download and install the patch. You can't play the game however.
