Currently got an HTC Magic, had it for two years, thought it was time to upgrade.

and even for samsung they are coming out with something new anyways that is miles ahead in specs ...

dual core, more ram, gorilla glass = better, also has new HD-out tech (charging + hdmi over usb-mini)

planning on doing so when whatever new comes out of next-year's MWC Smile

actually this is really tempting as well, decided not to upgrade my desktop with this year's tax return but this would be around the same price Razz

Out of curiosity, how much do you guys in Europe pay for a data plan on your smartphones? Over here it's about an extra $30 a month for an "unlimited" data plan. Being still 2 years away from earning any substantial amount of money, i've been putting off getting a smart phone (still have an old clam-shell type regular phone) but I was just wondering if the rates were the same over there as they are here in the states.

here in austria for example, there aren't even any unlimited data plans. you pay around 20-40€ for 1-6GB/month

gotta say though, as long as you to massive donwloads at home and not too much excessive youtubing on the road, even 1GB is enough.

Resurrecting thread since I can finally afford a Nexus since the prices have gone down. Are you liking your Nexus? How is battery life? Have you tried reading ebooks on it, if yes was it doable?
