I found a bug that sort of breaks the game in my book. Whenever a fleet you have, that is on a trading port gets attacked (and wins), your fleet gets stuck. You will be unable to move it and it will stop claiming the trade point. In fact, it will stop being there entirerily, so another fleet can occupy the same spot on the map. The best you can do then is to disband the fleet and build a new one. Which - suffice to say - is a royal pain in the ass, not to mention how it gives neutral empires an opportunity to claim your trading spots, making the above mentioned workaround outright impossible, without going into even more wars.
Now the irony is that they had this bug (or at least a very similar one) in both Empire and also in Napoleon i believe. Both cases, the bug was fixed in a patch eventually, only to resurface in a later title.
Its a shame as the SP part of the game would be rather decent if it would not be for these annoying issues that pop up every time i start to enjoy the game. I guess i will have to try a nation that relies less on western sea trade so i might actually be able to get a decent game.

I would probably buy this if it were reasonably priced. But US$90 on Steam? They can suck it. Fucking bullshit region-based price rapage.

I'm loving the game. The only problem I had was the looonnnnggg loading times to enter the game and enter the battle sequences.

Sigh. Game is just as broken as any other CA release. Just had my game crash on me and my mates as we joined a mp battle. Now the game simply refuses to start for me. The exe doesn't work.

Was wondering how "normal disks"works with shogun
Im using a SSD for my games and Dragon Age 2 loads instantly
But with Shogun 2 I have to wait like 15-20 sec for battles

Maybe because DA2, is shitty graphics, small levels, very few objects in the levels and very little AI, while Shogun 2 is big maps with tons of troops and AI and objects going on.

there is already a crack released supposedly working, not scene though. All you need is the clone version.
Edit: only custom battles work though so scratch that

This + witcher pre-order make up for my stupidity in buying shitty da2.

Yup digital ver. No idea besides it being cheaper? DL'ing it now.
