Is this much better in a visual manner compared to AC2?
Not much of a graphics whore but the details are abyssmal in AC2... is there perhaps some sort of mod that fixes it?

You don't seem to need that feature though, I'm on like chapter 6 or so and have bought all shops but haven't invested in any of them. The investment part seems to be some sort of feature which gives you more money, what else it does I have no clue... o.O |

Non-beta drivers(266.58 WHQL) helped me a little, but there is still some micro-stuttering when running around or looking around with mouse, but it is still better to play with these WHQL drivers than the newest beta.

Actually Skidrow crack starts the game without launcher so there is no way to update unless you manually install the patch.

If I buy a CD key from a cheap CD key store, how can I get an official installer? I don't see any software comparable to Steam or EA Download Manager on Ubi's site.

With those places, where you get the nonSteam/nonEADM "key only" - you have to source an ISO yourself to get the installer.
