B:\cdxmedia\ problem with me . thats the trouble i was having btw .
Anyone work out a fix for that one ?

I'm really confused. I have the DVD9 running from the Hard Drive. When i load up the Bonus Disk the Monk Option is greyed out and i cannot press it. How do i get the monk content?

Huh, dont know why all the problems, i FTP'ed both the dvd9 release and bonus discs to my hdd, started the game and set my options to be sure it worked, then started bonus disc and installed monk.
When i started the game again monk was available.
As posted earlier, i dont care about xbox live so i let it update.
(if that matters, i have no clue ,just trying to be as accurate as i can with what i did)

*SIGH* I see some of you haven't been reading 2 posts above your own. If you have a similar problem like me, her'e how I solved it.
"Yup I finally did it
The problem is that damn 0 byte file called "Preorder"
That pice of crap has to be in your save otherwise you wont unlock the monk.
So let's say you have a folder called "MONK"..monk content
go to folde called booster/and package and then you'll see preorder.txt...
I normally use flashfxp to ftp, but that was the whole problem. It won't transfer a obyte file properly..in most cases the date get's corrupt, well fo me.
So for me the problem was the 0byte file... get another client like this one (i used) Ipswitch WS_FTP Pro...
Funny, it wasn't me who discovered this problem, it was another user

Bonus disc = only 7mb worth to get (monk)
The rest is crap
Because behind the game can be downloaded from bioware in HQ
Gotta be the worst bonus disc I've seen so far...

i had the problem with b:\cdxmedia aswell (modded xbox + evox), but i found a solution that worked for me on another forum..

4. Turn it back on with the disk still in it.

I had no problems at all using the bonus disc. First I got the JE LE disc and ftp'd it using Qwix. FTP'd the bonus disc the same way, after that I started JE. IGR back to dashboard. Started the bonus disc and let it do its thing. Started JE again and it was done.
No problems with any .txt file, I checked now with FlashFXP and that file is there.
Maybe that can help?
