Wow, I actually got in. Downloading, very slowly. I'll give a full detailed review once I play for a few hours.
How dare APB take away from my Gothic 3 time.

Has to be something wrong with my download. Average speed is about 2KB/s. Highest it's gotten was 7. Went down to 100bytes/s, would take 7000 days for it to finish.
Oh well.

Game still runs really bad, for me. I mean really bad. I'm dropping to 30s in fire fights.
Okay, I played for a few hours, pretty much everything is the same. Graphics look just as bad, just as bland.
The star does feel completely different, feels more like the n-tech and is not as useless as before.
But other then that, same old game, like said before. Really nothing new to talk about.
Oh, it lags more.

I got a key, but has not access directly, they need first to "review" my application, is that the way it should be?

Played a bit after my key arrived about a week or two ago and man it's bad. The gameplay wouldn't be so terrible, but the lag...the laaaaaaag...
When I have to wait half a second (or more) for my car to respond, well, that is the point where I tell them to shove it where the sun don't shine.

wow, nice, i got invited, had the game already downloaded a while ago, just to notice today that the gamersfirst live shitstaller deleted the game by itself for no reason and i have to redownload it. And I cant download it because the servers are overloaded and I get the failed to start transfer error... oh yea! this is a good start!

game looks ok, doesnt see that many changes.
got some lags because im from europe and there is only one us server

Yeah, I also have lag but I'm from southamerica so I can't really complain about it.
You'll need to wait for some other servers (don't know if there are plans for EU servers tho)
I tried AAx8 and it didn't worked (it changes back to 0 when I close the menu), I'll try 2 or 4 later and see if that works, maybe I can't use 8x for some reason.

unplayable right now for me.
im from europe so its very very laggy, 250 ms is too much
atleast you can disable all the new bloom, distortion effects. theyre so annoying.

Have you tried to drive a car?
Does it feel like it has a one second lag when you turn, accelerate or brake?
'cause i'm still not sure if that's an issue with connection, or the engine itself. I think it's the game/engine, cause i didn't notice any lag in any other ocasion..
