Maybe they try to set us on the wrong track? They lay a false trail with CoJ: The Cartel and when the release date comes they say "ha ha it was only a joke, we will release the true Call of Juarez 3 with a traditional western setting at the end of the year". That would explain everything.

Maybe, maybe not. But it could still be good. Think about all the Insane Cartel related Crime that is going on right now in Juarez and surrounding areas.
I recently read an article about the situation, and it's crazy! there are several smaller towns without Police Force, because nobody dare crossing the Cartel who often kill Police officers, and display their chopped off heads on the street.

They should do a complete overhaul of the characters' design in order to make it believable. Impersonating a guy with huge Dior dunglasses + earring who swears every five seconds is not exactly fashinating
Doesnt look that bad in those gameplay videos, characters are too cheesy tho -.-
Yep, this is what I suggested (a complete overhaul of the horrible characters' design), since the game mechanics\shooting will be very similar to BiB (at least it's what the developer said), but obviously it will never happen
