The only two things I spotted were the vase with flowers and the black bear. And I only thought of them when the statement that 21 things had changed came up.
The black bear, the dead man changing, the flowers, the painting next to the constable, the object being held by the butler, the bigger pot in the hands of the old woman and her hat as well - that's what I saw.
