Based on the research of Dr. Myles Allen at Oxford University, Fate of the World simulates the social and environmental impact of global climate change over the next 200 years. The science, the politics, the destruction — it’s all real, and it’s scary.
The planet is in crisis.
Your mission: Save the Earth.
It won't be easy. As head of the Global Environmental Organization, you'll be pitted against strengthening natural disasters, dwindling food and energy resources, tense international situations...and an ever-growing population that will not accept failure. Armed with the newly granted powers of the GEO and your team of loyal agents, you must navigate the challenges of the next two centuries by any means you decide. Prevention and response, social change, clandestine operations, technological breakthroughs, alternative power, space navigation...all are at your disposal.
As the dawn breaks on your inauguration day, everyone waits with both hope and trepidation to discover:
Will you be the hero of the Earth and its people, or an agent of their destruction?

It was supposedly released on the 28th, yet there's no news of it appearing on the scene. In my opinion, it's a very interesting concept that could turn out splendidly.
Your post is waaay to early. We're not nearing page 2 at all, yet.
As far as the game in question is concerned: it could be anything from utter crap to sheer genius. Will have to see for myself, as the yt video is quite lacklustre.
Sound intressting since its a highly realistics subject that Is happening.
Yeah, well, I do get the point that it's a game for educational purposes first and foremost, which is always welcome and hats off to the initiative. Shitloads of ignorant people out there, it wouldn't hurt if some of them got their eyes opened up a bit.
Hrmm, Theta releases are usually clean, but this one gets my avast! waving a red flag, no matter the source. Virus is "Win32:Dropper-gen [Drp]", and a comment on TPB said his computer reboots when he runs the exe file.

Download it from a safe source and not TPB....
Mine works mine, and so does it for every1 else that downloaded it from the same place.
No avast warning or anything.
I didn't get it from TPB, I just checked there as well. I tried 3 different (albeit public, granted) sources, and they were all infected. Guess I need better private sources.
[Edit]: Well guess what, the file disappeared from every source I tried yesterday. I wonder why...
[Edit2]: Seems like I finally found a clean one. Now let's destroy the world.
