All you have to do is just launch Steam, find the game in the store and buy it, lol.. Not exactly sure what you're asking here, or why you're using a proxy to buy a game off Steam. |

you can't put random keys and the oldest used GFWL one after that Microsoft implemented the protection with SSA and ZDPP will don't work anymore. now every game have his own key to play online and to save you have to be online logged to Livecrap

No, I'm not from the UK, prices are here in Euros but 50 euro vs 30 gbp is way too much and I want to have it linked to Steam for easy updates etc, but I'd rather not pay the full price for it  So I'm just asking, is there any option yet available to buy a game from Steam with UK prices while you are not in UK?

I'm not 100% sure, but honestly I don't think you can bypass Steams prices short of having a friend in the UK buying it for you.

hey guys i was wondering, the old gfwl keys dont work due to the fact that the game isnt released in some countries? Or the old key doesnt work at all with this game? the funny thing is that i get achievements xD

almost is from Dead Rising 2, Lost Planet 2 or Tron Evolution that old keys don't works anymore. it is due to implementated Microsoft protection

ofcourse youre getting lol, those are sp achievements, they are added to the profile even if youre offline; but they dissapear after a while if youre not logging online in another game

thats not a problem i log in Street Fighter 4 almost daily and play online, i was just saying that is not logical to get achievements as long as you have a wrong cd key, if the authentication fails then it should not recognize the game into your profile, its only logical. Its like the game its "half" recognized, rofl

Well i would not call that bad optimization if you are capped to 30fps. Seems that there is some bug with AA. Does the game have option for the AA or Forced via drivers? |
As option up to 8x (prolly cuz of my ati, donno on nvidia)
oh and i donno if you read that, but it actually depends where i look, sometimes it jumps up to 60 and stays there, sometimes to 30... This could be what JB wrote, but still i find it shit that even with my specs i cannot do this on 8xAA |
That would be due to VSync. VSync will cap your FPS to whatever your monitor's refresh rate is (this is normally 60) and if FPS drops below that, it will drop it down to half that. This is why you are seeing the hard limits of 30 and 60. Enabling Triple Buffering will allow you to see 45 FPS before you get dropped to 30. Disable VSync and you'll see your FPS go above 30.

that was in the oldest LIVE versions and it let you play the game for free with full Live functions. unfortunately now protection is been implemented from GTA IV
