That's probably because:
1. You fail to realize that control sensitivity through mouse is much more "sensitive", precise and responsive than control via gamepad.
2. You have never played Counter Strike, to understand how important timing and precision are.
In terms of PC gaming visuals, the 30 FPS and everything above 30 FPS might be subjective and arguable (also due to game engines and how are they built), but in terms of mouse control and "feel"... there's ABSOLUTELY NO question that one can "feel" the difference between 30, 45 and 60 frames per second.
I know I do. Heck, even playing a TPS RPG I am still bothered with everything below 40 FPS. I might be a much more... "sensitive" type, though.  |

It may not be absolutely necessary to get 30+ fps for a game to be "playable," but the human eye absolutely, positively, 100%, without a doubt CAN notice beyond that.
"Needed" fps is also subjective. If you spent your whole life playing games at 15 fps, you would have gotten used to it by now. However, if your friend who has played games at 60 fps his whole life comes over to your house, he'll kick you in the throat for having such a shitty pc. And you'll probably offer him oral pleasure when you go over to his house and realize what you've been missing. |

If human eye couldnt see above "30" fps then wyh I see and feel a fucking difference when my games drop below 60fps ...even 50fps feels and looks slower. For my, butterish fps is 60vsynced. Above that, there isnt much noticable difference.\
Just grab some old game like Painkiller which now maxed out works 300+fps. Open console command and type setmax fps x (x is your value)
This will lock fps to desired value. Just type 30 and die crubling in pain, after removal of fucked up eyeballs with a tea spoon. Even try 50 and 60. move camera around and voila! Your mind is healed. Now You will be damned forever becouse You will not be able to play less than 60fps games
Thats also why I choose to play multiplats on console often. 30fps on console feels often just smooth. And I prefer that somehow to playing game that is going deeepaaaa than 60fps

Hah, yeah there's a P2P version multi-7 out it would appear, seems people are getting stuck though since it's going very slow now.
Can't be played apparently as it also mentions waiting for a proper fixed exe or some such.
(I only partially understand that Google translated gibber but it gives a basic overveiw.)

No.. There's nothing to figure out I'm afraid. You won't see a warez release before the release date comes unless they have an inside source that can provide a beta exe before it was protected or something.

Mount it in Daemon Tools. Sometimes I'm absolutely astounded there's so much piracy on the PC, because for every one person claiming it's as easy as 1-2-3, there are a few thousand who don't know how to use Google.
