Well somehow as of today i cannot connect with my game pc to ANY website by name, ip's do work.
NOD32 security center firewall is turned off, windows firewall ofc aswell. /flush dns makes no fucking diffrence at all...
So what da fok could this be 
Rebooted couple of times, doesnt seem to work either.

Maybe a router or ISP problem ?

well as of today i got a new modem, before my modem gave out 2 ip's and this one worked the whole day aswell, but now suddenly it seems that my modem doesnt give out 2 ip's anymore

Maybe your new modem hasnt been activated yet.

Nah the modem is activated, but somehow im just not getting a second IP adress.
I need to do some more research on the fact why im not getting 2 ip's on this one, as my provider should give out 2 per household.
