The premise feels like yet another CSI/CSI B/CSI C/Bones etc. crap. Is it realy worth watching?

Quite.. I don't get the comparison either. CSI has no storyline to speak of, and is all about flashy visuals. Judging by the premise this isn't episodic at all, and has nothing to do with CSI in any way, shape or form. 'cept for the abovementioned cops with guns of course (well.. not even that since CSI is about a group of lab techs..).

edit: ok so I've watched the first the first 10 minutes of the first ep, and while it isn't CSI it sure as hell isn't The Wire either. Too cool, too slick and too hollywood.

Watched the first episode and winced half of the time...the dialog is ridiculous, it's as if the writers are not familiar with law enforcement at all and just borrow stuff from CSI and other similar shows. It's light years off from The Wire and even other lighter shows like Detroit 1-8-7 for example. Some of the stupidity reminded me of Hawaii 5-0. I think Blue Bloods is way better.

I know, I've been to the Polish district there and it kind of felt, using that term very loosely, like back in Poland. ^_^

I think my aunty and uncle lived in the Irish part of Chicago when they moved there in the 80's tho. o.O
