just installed the patch and the exe version is the same . so i guess it's the same
just replace it with the crack again

Well, new exe has modified date 2nd December.So you still need a new crack.
Q6600 OC 3.0ghz, MSI R9 280x Gaming Edition, 7gb ram, Asus P5KC

Too many of the fixes listed need code that is included in the EXE, and the modification date shows that. The other files are just Cleveland's court and the edited commentary files.
Which also points to the fact that the patch was ready since December 2nd.

No, but I can tell you it works perfectly with the original DVD in the drive.

Nah, seriously, haven't tried it, as I did buy the game, but I'm getting lower performance post-patch. Could be Securom for all I know, as they don't seem to have messed with the graphics in any way. I'm waiting for the crack to verify, can't be bothered to install another emulation program or getting YASU once again.
