hi every1,
is here any sane gamer who played the first TDU for at least couple of days/weeks and can compare physical model of this game with the one from TDU1? Also various difficulties, game could be too arcade on lowest difficulty but ok on hardcore, not sure. Can anyone explain me that? I think the physical model is the only thing that really stands between me and buying a game. I don't really care for 2006's graphics, or small boobs, thats not what the game is about.

If you read the last couple of pages, you'd know that this game is shit compared to the first one.

Shit of the year for me. I drive on hardcore... hahaha U hear that ? HARDCORE !! And I dont feel that this is hardcore. Car handles like a .... matchbox car. Physics is just a crap, piece of shit.
Its just sims with driving.
Dont waste ur money for this. Waiting another month for Shift 2. Hope it will be much much better than this.

edit:
TDU2 already made a funny tidbit on the net : on most forums people are talking that the TDU2 failure became so bad it made GT5 look more like GOTY then a FOTY [seeing how it under performs on ps3]

Wow, i loved TDU1. The freedom, the cars, the racing... And now, I feel empty inside, this can't be TDU2! No seriously, it's a pity it hase become a sims 3 racer kinda game... Delete!

ok so everyone is bashing this game. i have not played the 1st game but i kinda like this game. yes the handling is meh... So what game would everyone recommend that is a open world racing game with story that u can buy new garages and real cars ( i like that fact that you can walk around the cars and whatnot. Basically what Im asking is : What is a better version of this game?

There's Fuel but it's not exactly the same thing, Burnout Paradise has the open world but it's arcade and the recent Hot Pursuit title have gotten mixed critique.
The TDU version of Test Drive is a bit unique I suppose unless you are going for some mixed game like Driver series or GTA.

I felt pretty meh when I tried TDU1 - the idea was nice but the seemingly total lack of physics turned me off and I didn't give it any more than maybe 5 hours. I wasn't holding my breath on this one, but it's disappointing none the less as I still think the idea is good (well, the open world driving part anyway.)
