Is there any difference with SATA and eSATA. What would happen if I connectected an eSATA internal docking station to a SATA port on the motherboard?

Don't believe it would cause any issues, I think the only difference that a consumer would really notice is power allowance.

The connectors are different, but a SATA -> eSATA bracket costs only a couple Euros anyway Smile
