Today was the European release date. They always wait for it, not for the US date. So they can test their crack on everything I presume.

I never had any vsync problems with the first one. I always use vsync when it's possible.

Back then, I just turned all the way up the Mouse Sensitivity option and switched off VSync, and the controls worked flawlessly.
