How long is Dead Space 1?
I haven't played it since 2008 and I decided to do another playthrough before starting DS2.
I'm guessing around 6-8 hours on normal difficulty?

Took me 8 hours to complete it on normal difficulty.

It might be a virus. He was banned before (his other account) for distributing one.

it shows some sequences from the start of the game which COULD be interpreted as spoilerish, doesn't particularly give away much of the story i think

you could just purchase a key online and use ea download manager.
