Sorry Mr Epsilon you are correct, I only blocked the outbound connections, went and blocked the inbound and it works fine.

Odd

I completed Yum Yum Ville the first main mission, however i can't select any new missions after i completed it. It shows up that the mission was never complete!

This game is no dungeon keeper, it is fun though Wink

I bought it today and just played for about an hour.

It seems that the heroes that come into your dungeon here need to be entertained so to speak. You have to give them gold chests to loot and stuff so they're more 'satisfied' and then make sure they die before they leave the dungeon with your gold or whatever :-)
Then you can imprison them and drain them of their soul energy which is used to cast spells and build some gimmicks.
There's a lot more items to build instead of just rooms like in dungeon keeper.

You also have a hero (villain?) main character that you can send around in your dungeon to kill stuff or do other tasks and he levels up with a skill tree and stuff.

But yeah I only just scratched the surface so I can't really say what else is to come and how it all works in the later levels. Right now it's just the basics so it's hard to judge.

I'm having the exact same problem, i've played through the Yum Yum village mission twice now and as soon as the mission ends, it just puts me on the map and i can't select any other mission.

Are we the only two people who are having this problem ?

To change language to English go to: C:UsersusernameAppDataRoamingKalypso MediaDungeons and open config.cfg with notepad and change the \Misc.language = de\ to \Misc.language = en\.

Played a little more, not enough like dungeon keeper if you ask me.

You don't attract monsters with rooms and stuff it seems, but rather you just construct a 1 tile building that then spawns a certain amount of a certain monster there. Very simplistic and boring way to do it in comparison to how it worked in dungeon keeper.
The emphasis appears to be on your main character and 'satisfying' the heroes that come into your dungeon.

Also, those damn imps... when they destroy walls they stop and carry gold to your character all the fucking time and it's driving me insane. I want that damn hallway made but they just keep stopping the digging operations to bring me 3 gold coins or some shit.
I wish it was more like dungeon keeper where they would just dig and dig and dig and then later pick up stuff.

Maybe these things change later in the game. I've only played 3 missions so far, but still it's not really what I expected so far... it looked like a dungeon keeper clone (which is what I wanted, really) but for better or worse, the gameplay seems to be a quite different.

Maybe you all knew this stuff already, I never really informed myself about it too much. Just saw the screens and it reminded me of dungeon keeper so much that I just had to get it
