I'd hold this one out for the PC. I hope it's optimised as good as the first game was for the PC. The demo on the 360 was enough for me to make a shift to the PC version.

Poor you, maybe you're better off buying the game if two DVDRs are too expensive Wink

It works with that very old non ap2.5 dashboard, doesnt force you to update.
So people with old dash and without lt+. youre good to go with ds2 x360.

As for the game: Quite the same as the 1st one, some new things here and there, but its like "more of the same"
As for the patient suit during chapter 1: Well thats retarded.

Nice info mate, just another confirmation it works.. Smile

I remember when Dead Space was released and before the scene release, there was a live stream on Justin.TV.

Same here

Played demo on PS3 and it look aliased as fuck Sad . That plus i played the first on PC at 1680 x 1050 so playing at 720p on a 40" HDTV make the sequel look like shit in comparaison.

Actually they did this to fit the data on the two layers of a DVD9. But if it makes you feel special you can continue to dream that it's about you

This is not the case with some other multi platform games; ff xiii for example.

Playing on normal, and exploring every available room, picking up stuff. Sometimes i dont read the text logs though.
My thougts: 2 DL DVD and that short???? Ohh ye, count the multiplayer.

I could see why castlevania was on 2 dvds. It was a huge epic adventure, but this...?
This is the same scenario as Bioshock2: The game lenght is the same as Bioshock 1, but its divided between sp and mp.

I dont think dead space ever needed MP feature. I prefer a lenghty SP adventure, not an SP adventure with available MP experience.

dude start comparing game lengths when you have finished the game..

comparing this already to the length of bioshock 1 ?

in my opinion I took about 24 hours to finish bioshock 1.

I took a peek at the file structure of the X360 release and each disc has two big archive files, ~4GB each.
Was Ishkur123 talking about the PS3 version? He didn't say which version he meant so we will probably never know...

well what good would it do to put the files in 4 gig files?

the only console that needs that is the ps3 external drive Razz
