ok well i still dont think its worth redownloading the entire game just for the dlc, but to better help you make up your mind, the main dlc is as follows:

new squad member zaeed with loyalty mission: basically raiding a base, and choosing between killing the bad guy or saving civilians

new squad member kasumi with loyalty mission: break into a criminals vault, then escape his fortress - boss fight at the end versus a gunship. some information is obtained at the end, but you dont get to know what it is - will possibly have some kind of effect on me3 - you can opt to either keep the data or destroy it.

overlord: 4-part mission where an AI has gone rogue, and you need to shut it down by going to different themed mission (lava area, geth ship, standard cerberus facility, and a kinda cool virtual overlay themed level) locations to unlock the final base, where you go inside and defeat the machine. you also use the new vehicle to move between locations.

shadowbroker: liara mission - help her find and kill the shadowbroker
this is the only dlc so far that im guessing 'really' matters - though to what degree i dunno - in me3:
 Spoiler:

oh, and finally there is the addition of the new hover tank vehicle - which sucks.. the maps that come with it, are little more than glorified race tracks.. its really weak.

and also you get to visit the crash site of the original normandy -which is cool for the nostalgia, and is a nice little 'emotional' link to the first game (if you care, i guess), but nothing more than that.

Oh my. Why bother asking if DLCs are worth the trouble if you didnt even enjoy the core campaign? which is shocking, but i respect your opinion -in a way.

You´d still get 10h+ hours taking into account all DLCs -insanity difficulty of course.

eh so what... overlord is pretty crap, firewalker was rubbish, zaeed is blah, kasumi is ok and shadowbroker is great. my point is that it is NOT worth DOWNLOADING the entire game, when youve allready done that and finished it on another system, for TWO good dlc packs, no matter how you spin it... UNLESS you just LOVED it, in which case it would be silly to ask, because youd download it anyway.

Shadow Broker is the best DLC for mass effect 2, i pretty much agree with chiv however overlord was not crap also not meh! but it was average.

Firewalker was pretty much the worst dlc for this game.

Thank alot for the info chiv!
I made up my mind, and im Not gonna downlod it again.
Just not worth it since it really does not anything critical or GOOD to the game.
Worthless DLC as i thought. Sad

Eh, the DLCs aren't worthless if you liked the original campaign. Since you say you didn't like the game, asking whether the DLCs are good is strange. DLCs are an extension of the original game, not some magical additions changing everything you misliked. The time of expansions overhauling the core game are long gone.
DLCs not worth the redownload? Oh come on. Just start up your favorite DL proggie and let it leech.

If anyone likes game enough to replay campaign once more then yes, DLC are worth it. All mission based ones. Not bonus weapon/armor micro-transaction crap. Those should be avoided at all costs, IMO.

You buy pieces of armour from various stores in the game, like on the Citadel or Omega Station.

But, was it fun enough to do another playthrough?

That's key question.
If yes, then mission based DLCs are worth it. If not, then they are not.

Apparently PS3's ME1 motion comic will be released for PC/360 versions as well for free!

TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"

He means he could never start from the second game of a trilogy without playing the first one.

That particular DLC probably has the most graphically impressive environments out of the whole of ME2. It's a shame that they didn't maintain that kind of quality throughout the whole of the main game.
