|
 |
I'm having major problems getting this validated?
I've tried a few new fixes but everytime it installs, once my comp reboots, it just won't load again.
Then i have to reinstall it.
It's win 7 ultimate 64 bit verion '7000'.
Any help would be great.
Thanks.

It seems validation isn't possible anymore, after you install loader and go to 'System' control panel. The "Learn more online..." text link under "ask for genuine Microsoft software" logo, takes you to Learn more about genuine Windows / Office page. And the option to do web validation is missing on either of these pages.

Having problems here too... just today windows complained about not being genuine (I was using removewat, cause daz loader didn't work properly). So I removed removewat and installed the newest loader, still not genuine.

Remember guys, after using the latest loader, go to Microsoft.com and validate your Windows there. That should make it Genuine again.

I must have installed daz loader on 50 desktops and laptops/netbooks by now. But I've partitioned and reinstalled them cleanly. With the same 2 x86 and x64 win7 ultimate RTM versions.
Everything works fine, MSE too.

On some rare occasions, there are some known hardware conflicts (or perhaps the hardware's drivers) that do not allow the software loaders to function properly. That is why RemoveWAT was made, as a last resort, should the software loaders cease to function or if you can't install one.

But that option is no longer available as I mentioned a few posts back, Microsoft changed the 'Genuine' site
Before the change http://www.microsoft.com/Genuine/ had a big "Validate" button, now it's just an information site

But you can always try to download something that requires Genuine status from their site, which will update the genuine runtime and validate.
Or visit here:
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/

Weee... link where all the magick happens
after some time redirected me to this
no error messages, guess my copy still validates.
But still... Big Validate button on genuine page is gone, no confirmation on success, in the past there was a confirmation page. Could it be that Microsoft is phasing out web validation ?

Did you actually read the message in the green paragraph?
"Because your copy of Windows is genuine ..."
Sounds like a confirmation to me. I assume if verification fails, it will be red, scaring you how you are a victim of piracy or how bad it is for your security to have a non-genuine Windows.

You sure it is the true RTM build, not just a release candidate from the RTM branch? From experience with Windows past, installing these RC builds can cause problems later with further updates, who do not recognize your Windows version as SP1 or RTM.
