I want to buy a new computer due to my cpu and motherboard going down firday Heres what i want: AMD Athlon 64 4000 32/64Bit CPU S939 Clawhammer Retail inc Heat Sink Fan & 3 Years Warranty and MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum, NF3 , ATX, DDDR400, 2 x Gbit Lan, USB 2.0, 1394, 7.1Ch Audio, 4 x SATA, Raid = £453.95 Any advice on the specs or is there anything better out there ? dust.

Well I think the chipset of the K8N isnt worth the money... Go with Nforce 4 instead and let it support PCI-E.. "Why don't you zip it, Zipfero?" - fraich3

yeah but then ive gotta buy a new pci-e gfx card when ive already got a agp one dust.

For the mobo: go for an Asus or Abit... u just cant go wrong with these ps amd 4000 = nice

Anything better out there? Yes DFI nforce4 ultra SLI-DR (ultra-d if you don't like sli). You must be joking if you say you've found a better board. It's well worth the extra cash.
