3 Sandwiches with boiled egg, cheese, tomatoe, lettuce, garlic mayo, pickles.
And a couple of plums as dessert.
All in all, decent lunch me thinks.

Subway - Steak and cheese on an Italian Herbs and Cheese.

Although I was meant to have a meatball sub from Dominos ... for free! Or at least I would if they had them in stock?! ... goddammit!

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/3161408/Free-Dominos-Oven-Baked-Sub-for-every-reader.html

I went there with my voucher from the Sun newspaper, waited for 15 minutes to be served and was then told they had none left!?! Mad

So I thought fuck'em and went to Subway Smile

I sliced up a couple of kiwi's real thin and ate them on some wheat Ritz crackers.. Surprisingly delicious with the odd combination of tastes, but kiwis are a pain in the ass to peel without just turning them into squares.

I've extended my extremely simple meat sauce recipe.

~700 grams of minced beef
1500 grams of crushed tomatoes
3 sliced mushrooms
2 chopped shallots
2 crushed garlic cloves
salt
1-2 table spoon of chili sauce/tabasco habanero/chopped chilis
2 table spoons of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (adds to the richness)

Use your fave pasta, from pappardelle to fusilli.

Prepare the mushrooms, shallots and garlic cloves. Cover the bottom of the pan with virgin olive oil, fry the minced meat and stir until it's a mix of small bits of beef. Add and blend in the crushed tomatoes and then the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer for ~20 minutes, constantly tasting until the sauce turns from very tomatoish to that rich savoury taste you're looking for.

And there you have it, a juicy chunky and savoury pasta sauce, simple to make and amazing to eat. NO baked beans. Razz

We know about bored and angry, but heartbroken? Why?

It was bored and HUNGRY! Heatbroken yea. Life sucks sometimes. People never think really before messing with your head and heart. It was nothing really ( a couple of things) I am getting over it. I was perfectly content then this little let down, that makes me think too much, and usually me thinking is a bad thing. It usually goes negitive against myself. Maybe I will post about it in VIP.
