30-50 dollars for a poster sized print? Are you shitting me? Not including a frame which they charge like 80 dollars for. All I want is to cover all my walls in art.

Are there any other sites like this that are cheaper?

You can go to a site like this -
http://interfacelift.com

download a picture at the resolution you would like.
Take it to a photo printer workshop or something like that, and I'm pretty sure they would be able to print it on a canvas or something else.

http://www.pixum.com/

There are quite a few of these sites tho so you might find somewhere cheaper; Pixum's P&P costs iirc were pretty nice tho.

I don't know, never used them - but I just wanted some alternatives to look at, maybe compare prices and what they offer Razz

Fwiw I went through quite a few of these, and the actual print prices don't really vary a lot. P&P is where the differences are, and at least to Finland Pixum's charges were lowest by far.

You can go the home brew route with Rasterbator

"The Rasterbator creates huge, rasterized images from any picture. Upload an image, print the resulting multi-page pdf file and assemble the pages into extremely cool looking poster up to 20 meters in size."

http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/

edit: Oh yeah, depending on the price of ink in your area it might not be the cheaper option
