My grandma just died so that's crap. I have never really handled death since my relatives have all lived long lives so far. My mother is crying like crazy but I'm cold as ice, I suppose I'm the kind of person who takes longer to be affected. Sad I knew it was coming though, she had been undergoing a huge effort to regain her health after radiation treatment so she was weak.

Be back later. Sad

Sorry for your loss.

But life goes on, and death is a part of our lives just as birth is. In the end material things mean nothing and the only thing that is important, after the corporeal being vanishes, is the memories. They last forever. Through them you'll keep the persons that you'll lost always alive in some sense.

Stay strong.

It was the same with me.
I didn't even shed a tear during the funeral and I know that that made me feel weird as hell... It was extremely hard for my mother, though. Sad

We were pretty close and she was just an amazing person, but I guess I just wasn't that sad in the end.
While I'll never see her again, the memories I have from her and the many things that I've learned from her more than make up for that.

Take it easy and support your mother as much as you can.

Yea, same with me... I was kinda ice cold when my father died of lung cancer right in front of me ( I was 10 back then ), I couldn't really cry, maybe I didn't realize it that he'll be gone forever.

I know how you feel. my condolences.

Well, in fact nothing has possible solutions within the confines of known reality is inevitable!

Also, my condolences!

i felt the same with my grandparents, its not like i wasnt sad about them passing away but they all got old, had a good life, and suffered little when the end came suddenly, so it was easier to handle.

I doubt ill say the same when my parents or brothers / sister die even when it is at old age
