I think the only natural response of a sane human being seeing stuff like that is repulsion. Any arguments like "I like shock spoilers" or "go to a safe forum for kids" I discard.

But can you be sure that the picture you post is something she wanted to show the world? There are plenty of nudity pictures that have leaked from couples that wanted them for themself.

When you take a photo, you are either accepting the fact that the pics might leak and you don't care (a lot of people don't - or pretend to do, when sometimes they are the one leaked them in the first place) or you are so naive to believe that the relationship with this child you have met (yes, in the scope of entire life, 18-20 is a child) would last forever, thus having nothing to fear. This is especially true for girls, who for some reason like to play the shyness too much, while boys seem to not care as much or even see pride in it ("yo bro, I baned this hot chick, check it out"). So if you are really shy, then stfu and don't take a picture.
