Beta is out, grab here:

First impressions for me:
1. The search/address bar is too short and having to go to the left all the time in order to type is annoying!
2. Must use compatibility mode for too many websites, since explorer still acts like a drama queen browser that requires extra coding for full compatibility.
3. While it's faster and feels lighter than before, it also lacks some key interface items, such as the file menu.
4. Making everything so small is not going to give me a better experience when browsing, it just makes it tedious to dig through unnecessary menus and squint trying to find the button I'm looking for!
Bottom line - Firefox is still king. Try again next year, Microsoft.

Isn't beta 2 already out? 
It's not bad, certainly improving. Once a adblock appears for it, it could be really useful.
