Benq 1.41 (probably, I bought it pre-flashed, I patch games to wave2), installed all the updates, AC:B now reports an "Unreadable disc" error (the game IS patched to wave2). Dashboard is reported to be 2.0.12416.0. Fable 3 works flawlessly. Haven't tried NFS:HP yet.
Ideas, anyone?

If you have LT firmware and don't have the key anymore you are fucked. You need to do the MRA hack and it will cost you way more money to do that.

After I applied this workaround, suddently my divx movies from cd/usb weren't working anymore.I only had sound..
As it is a big feature for me I flashed it to LT+.
Any of you had this problem?

Thanks op for posting that. Finally got my AC:B working. I am already banned and Im on 1.51 so I patch all my games to wave 3 using abgx (I love how easy that is, just open it and press start). I was freaking when it started asking for an update cause I had heard about this AP25. But that workaround worked justfine. Now I got the new dashboard and I can play AC:B.
Side question: Since Im now updated to the Kinect dash do you think I could use a Kikent and patch the Kinect games to Wave 3?

Question about LT+ then. I visited my "local flasher" and got my box arranged. I got all the keys and stuff on a USB stick I brought with me. If I were to loose those keys with LT+ I am fucked as well or is it only the original LT that has this "problem"?

If i were you, I'd keep all keys but the originals are the important ones. You can always read the hacked ones again.

Ok got the update from 360iso now i dont have AC B for 360 can i still go ahead and update the dashboard update ?

Out of curiosity, is the Assassins.Creed.Brotherhood.AP25.READNFO.XBOX360-iND rls for LT+ only? Or does it work with this method also?

It has to be 2.0.12416.0 , Im not sure it works with newest update...dash update from ACB and NFS HP is 100% working with this method.

It's patched for LT+,but many ppl from 360iso confirmed that these patched games are working with this method.Didn't tried it myself cause I grabbed first ACB rls.. |

Who knows,maybe some upcoming popular game..like Dead Space 2 for example,will have newest dash update with it..or not..we have to wait and see.  Maybe someone will find another workaround,some kind of a patch program..or another dash updates with bugs.

Can someone verify that NFS-HP should work with a samsung drive ?
I'm getting disc unreadable with abgx 1.04 patched image, which verified fine.
I am using very old firmware though, Xtreme5.2c , would updating to samsung litetouch firmware do the trick?

One more question, will patching to wave 2 work even if you have the latest dash for ap25 games? Or does this workaround require having an old pre ap25 dash?

kinect requires an update to work. And its not the dash, because I had to download it right after I plugged in my kinect. So I don't know. No kinect games are AP25 tho (yet).
