That'll be it then, I let Newsleecher do it's thing overnight and woke up to an extracted game. I guess that r55 screwed it up.

You are complaining ABOUT TEN FIRST FREAKING MINUTES of the game. If you have ADD go play CoD. No one is forcing you to play it. After that sequence all you do is kill people, have little patience you derp.

The fuse box thing was just an example , AC II also had a slow start and an incredibly dull and linear ending. IIRC it took the first AC about 3 chapters to actually start properly , with side missions and what not.
I never said i don't like the game overall , don't know where you got the idea i was forcing myself to play it or w/e , nor do i know why you're so touchy about the subject calling me a ADD-ridden derp for stating my opinion.

Any patching image method or something?! 1.61 LT here. dunno what drive... guess Liteon but FableIII flies

Don't know...I just followed the intructions in the nfo and installed the pkg file that came with the ATAX release after I got done FTPing it to my PS3. Maybe try another manager..? I haven't had any problems with any manager but there seems to be a huge selection of them available. I also don't have muliple managers loaded on my PS3, I use one and only one. Make sure when deleteing managers that you rename your GAMEZ directory to something else or it will delete all your games installed on your HDD.
Several people on this thread have confirmed the ATAX release does not require any patching to run. When I say patching I mean modifing the sfo file. I didn't patch it but I'm running the latest Hermes on my chip which spoofs 3.50 Not sure if that has something to do with it working or not.
I am also using Gala Manager or whatever it's called to load backups. I'm not home at the moment so I can't check the name of the manager. I am also not enabling any patching settings in the manager.
The game booted and went through a 10min install process and loaded right up. Only got to play a little this morning before heading out the door to go to work. Hope to get to play more tonight.

I tryd everything it still gives me black screen, also different managers. im totally lost and yes i got the blueray disc in

Could people please start talking about the game? There is one place im not able to get up to (and sync). Its a wall with running water on top. Its a village outside roma. Its easy to get up to the other side of the wall tho. The wall is broken in the middle, and the place im supposed to get up to have running water, into a well to be exact.

So, some missions now have side-objectives, right?
What if you mess them up? Can you restart the mission? And what if you complete the mission, but not the secondary objective? Do you get a chance to do it again?

I ran into that. There is a architect standing where is the sync icon. I think it needs to be renovated if you want to get on top. But the nearest borga (spelling) tower is still blocked for me.

That is correct. I also grabbed the ATAX release and had issues with file r55. Someone on another board was saying to not let quickpar fix it, to leave the file alone. So I had to grab the r55 file again and this time didn't run a quickpar to fix it, the relase extracted fine and boots fine on my PS3. Running the latest hermes v4b spoofing 3.50 firmware. I did have to run the pkg file but I didn't have to edit the sfo file of the release in anyway.

multiplayer can be annoying at times, says that i am searching for more players, for hours, that while i'am already in a game that doesn't start because of said searching.
but besides that, its a lot of fun to me, just because it's .. a kind of different multiplayer experience.

Just a tip:
I misread the info and created the empty dir directly after :\GAMEZ\BLES00909... I got black screened
The correct location for the empty folder is inside the USRDIR dir!

Why should they bother when they can just destroy your villa and have all your progress reset. I'm surprised they don't make you learn how to fight again and have you unlock new moves in each chapter.
