Yeah....but they also drive on the wrong side of the road and use imperial units while the rest of the world uses SI (I hate to have keep changing MPH to KPH especially in racing games).

EDIT:Damn....Leo was one step ahead Smile

While not as reliable you can also check if the Black Ops related NCF files (/Steamapps/) updated but as you say if the file date changed it's likely something was patched although it's not always that there's a changelog available.

Call Of Duty: Better than sex?

Quote:
Is Call Of Duty: Black Ops really better than sex? According to the Dail Mail, it must be.

The newspaper has claimed - via a questionable 'study' - that more than five percent of gaming enthusiasts admit their hobby has cost them their relationship.

And that's not all: Apparently half of women whose partners own consoles say they are "jealous" of their PS3, 360 or Wii.

All fine and light-hearted. But then some berk has to go and ruin it.

A spokesperson for One Poll, who reportedly questioned 1,500 gamers for the results, said:

"It seems like a games console often means there are three people in a relationship.

"It's a bit sad if the virtual world is taking precedence over the real world."

Yeah, but if you spend your working hours twisting small-scale polls to get your company in the middle-market press, you could probably do with a bit of escapism come the end of the day.

The Mail's story asks: 'Could computer games spell the death of your relationship?'

Considering grabbing myself Kinect for some serious laughs with friends?
Read a lot of the games are shit but there are 2 which are worth it, a dancing one and the one that comes with the kinect.

Anyone tried this thing? I loved rock band etc but this could have some serious shits and giggles value to it.
